Día de los Muertos Festival 2026
Activities & Activations
Celebrate art, music, and movement across the festival with murals, live performances, and community spaces that bring our traditions to life.
Honoring our loved ones and shared memories.
The Community Altar is the heart of our celebration, honoring those who have passed and the memories that unite us. Visitors are invited to bring a framed photo to add to the altar for collective healing, and to take part in the activities and performances at the Altar Stage throughout the day.
Public art with an Impact
The Art Gallery Lives at the center of the festival and aims to bring art directly to the community. This years exhibition titled Pasaje Sin Fronteras imagines a space free of walls and barriers where dreams and hope can move freely without restrictions.
Presented by our City Councilwoman.
Our Recuerdos Stage has become a festival staple, presented by our City Councilwoman and featuring a lineup of traditional Latine artists and cultural performances that bring the spirit of Día de los Muertos to life.
Curated by MidCity Mercado.
SONIDOS stage is a curated stage inspired by our SONIDOS music series by Midcity Mercado, spotlighting emerging Black and Brown artists. This year, expect Sonidos artists and new emerging bands bringing genre-merging contemporary sounds.
