  • Stay dates: Tuesday, October 27 – Monday, November 2, 2026
  • Check-in: From 4:00 PM
  • Check-out: By 12:00 PM on Tuesday, November 3, 2026. Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability.
  • Booking cutoff: Tuesday, October 20, 2026. The discounted group rate is not guaranteed after this date.
  • Group rate: $175 per night plus tax for single or double occupancy; estimated total is approximately $203 per room, per night, including tax.

Included with your stay

  • Breakfast: Daily buffet at ALK Restaurant, 7:00 AM–10:00 AM.
  • Element Lounge: Exclusive second-floor access with all-day complimentary snacks and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Daily happy hour: 5:00 PM–7:00 PM with complimentary wine, beer, cocktails, and light bites.
  • Outdoor games: Available daily, 7:00 AM–10:00 PM.
  • Dining credit: $10 food and beverage credit per room, per day.
  • Parking: Discounted overnight valet at $30 (normally $63), with unlimited in-and-out privileges.
  • Amenities: Fitness center, outdoor pool, premium WiFi, Google Chromecast streaming, Illy coffee, Dammann Frères tea, and bottled water on arrival and departure.

Important policies & details

  • Payment: A valid credit card must be presented at check-in. Cash is not accepted; debit cards are strongly discouraged because authorization holds may take longer to clear.
  • Incidental hold: A flat $150 authorization hold per stay (not per night) will be placed on the credit card for incidentals and released upon checkout.
  • Cancellation: Cancellations made within 72 hours of 4:00 PM PST on the scheduled arrival date incur a charge equal to one night’s stay plus tax.
  • Non-smoking property: Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel. A $400 restoration fee will be assessed for smoking inside guest accommodations.
